    Hey I was not notified that my subscription was going to be renewed and was charged 49 today. I haven’t recently used this service. Please cancel my subscription and refund.

    I have cancelled your account, you will not be charged again, but I am unsure of your reason for requesting a refund? You was notified when you signed up, that you would be charged again, every month in fact.

    It said that I would be notified before I would be charged again. Because of this I never set a reminder and was charged.

    You mean to say you didn’t receive the notification email?

    Sorry to hear that, maybe check the spam setting on your email provider. Hope that helps.

    I have not used the product since I have been charged. I did not cancel the subscription in time.
