Kikili, I am unable to see your email, since I don’t know what email you used, I searched for the keyword “Kikili” in our inbox but it nothing returned. To get a refund you would need to provide us with your username (Kikili) our email support would have asked for that. What is the reason for the refund? I can see your account is already cancelled, you were charged on May 27th, on May 28th you successfully cancelled your account, and your PRO membership is still active until June 28th. What is the issue here?

I would have canceled my account sooner if it was possible (the website was under maintenance for the last 3 days of my trial account).
The reason I wanted to cancel my account in the first place: While I found your service great and useful, I didn’t manage to take my web-store off the ground. I think it was because of the bad marketing strategy that I made. Your website actually helped me a lot with product and ad research, but I am still a beginner. I am now pivoting into Print on Demand, because I think it is an easier market for beginners (don’t take me seriously, I really am a beginner).
