    Hello I was charged the monthly subscription fee but I cancelled and switched to the free membership about a week ago. I no longer have access to the top products but was still charged the 49 dollars today. Please help. Thank you

    Hi Kimberly,

    It seems you have two accounts, this one (username: Kimberly-Thompson2) created on July 3rd and also another account (username: Kimberly-Thompson) created on 11th June.

    Your account ‘Kimberly-Thompson’ is still active and was never cancelled, if you log in with Kimberly-Thompson you will find it is a PRO account and you will see all the PRO products. The reason you cannot see the products now is that you are using the new account Kimberly-Thompson2 which was never PRO.
