As you can see from other threads in this forum we have recently had some issues with accounts being randomly cancelled due to a bug in our software that is now resolve.
Unfortunately your account was one of these. However, I can see that you last paid for your gold membership on May 12th so I have deactivated your account and set it to expire on June 12th, after that you will unfortunately have to sign up again.
I can only apologize for the inconvenience caused but please know that this issue we were facing is now resolved and should not happen again.
