I’ve contacted you on Messenger because even though I’ve submitted my review on trust pilot and the same as been approved by one of your staff members, I was expecting my FREE one year PRO subscription but you’ve tried to charge my card ! Not cool ! Luckily my bank blocked the transaction and notified me as they found it suspicious!
I’ve sent a screenshot on Messenger of the blocked transaction.
Can you please rectify and let me know when you’ve took care of the issue.
